A little moon note ….

Apart from filling the night sky with perpetual beauty and giving wolves a reason to cry,  the moon serves a cardinal role in the stability of life here on Earth and even its very formation 4.56 billion years ago.

1. The moon stabilises rotation of the axis of earth, thus stops it from changing rapidly. This means we have a consistency in climate.
2. Tidal forces from the moon and sun create tidal pools. These tidal pools are nutrient rich and may have been the first ‘cradles’ for biological life.

And so, without the moon…. I’d be without you, and for that I am forever grateful ♡
